"We had an insurance claim due to hail. Both my car and several areas of my home were damaged. I was able to file my claim very quickly on the app, load pictures, and receive the help I needed in a very short amount of time. I had no out-of-pocket for my vehicle or my home, State Farm took care of everything and made it super simple, minus a shared rental cost for a week while my car was repairs, and it was a fraction of the rental cost. I was able to pick my own contractor, and no funds were withheld so I was able to get the work done quickly without a lot of hassle. Many of our neighbors with other insurance companies had to wait for draw periods and tons of red tape, but we were fully funded and ready to go. Brad was available when I had questions and we got through the process much faster than our other neighbors. It really is like the commercial where State Farm is there and ready to help."
